• Act as the main point of contact for talent-related inquiries within designated client groups, managing and directing requests to the relevant Talent Center of Excellence (COE) services.
• Keep HREP leadership teams updated on the newest offerings in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Culture, Organizational Effectiveness, Change, and Engagement.
• Collaborate with the leads in the Americas and EMEA while providing consultative assistance to APAC as necessary, capturing and elevating regional voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to foster continuous improvement.
• Mentor HREPs on essential organizational effectiveness (OE) tools, frameworks, and team effectiveness practices, including advising on the use of external vendors for more intricate interventions.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of team sessions and facilitate targeted interventions aimed at improving team performance and effectiveness.
• Serve as a steward of critical talent processes, including performance insights impact, individual development plans, mentorship programs, and enterprise talent tools.
• Collaborate with HREPs to implement talent actions and development plans stemming from talent reviews, councils, and other talent discussions.
• Aid in the identification, development, and visibility of high-potential top talent and leadership pipelines.
• Assist other talent partners with talent brokerage across SBUs and functions, including succession planning and talent segmentation, as required.
• Provide feedback to enterprise talent teams regarding the effectiveness of talent processes, tools, and technologies to support ongoing improvements.
• Generally requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field along with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Background in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner and/or in Talent Management.
• Proven experience in communicating with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in large, complex, global organizational settings.
• Familiarity with working in agile environments amidst ambiguity.
• Ability to understand business scenarios and devise talent solutions.
