Executive Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver proactive calendar management, skillfully balancing multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines.

• Collaborate with GTM executives to facilitate the execution of team initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Act as a primary contact for both your executives' direct reports and administrative business partners.

• Oversee intricate travel arrangements for your executives, including the preparation of expense reports.

• Organize agendas, create presentations, document meeting minutes/actions, and manage communication for executives.

• Work alongside your fellow Executive Business Partners across various functions to meet company goals.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of diverse employee events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience supporting executives in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with a high degree of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.

• Proven ability to establish cross-functional relationships, closely collaborating with leaders and peers.

• Experience in arranging both domestic and international travel, including airfare, hotel bookings, and visa requirements.

• Strong capability to organize and facilitate virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership summits and team-building activities.

• Proficient in standard administrative tools (e.g., G-Suite, Zoom, Slack).

• Outstanding time-management skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
