This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR to implement performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning processes utilizing Workday.
• Serve as a trusted advisor regarding talent risks, role readiness, capability deficiencies, and development priorities.
• Assist in workforce capability planning and succession discussions that align with business strategies.
• Ensure high-quality results from talent and performance cycles through effective guidance and quality assurance measures.
• Aid in the annual performance and talent cycles within Workday, focusing on calibration readiness, data quality assessments, and follow-up actions.
• Work with leaders to convert performance and talent results into definitive development and succession strategies.
• Contribute to capability frameworks, role expectations, and development pathways that align with both regional and global models.
• Facilitate learning delivery as a means to enhance talent and capability outcomes, rather than managing the learning strategy directly.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in Talent, Learning, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
• Proven experience collaborating on Workday Talent, Performance, and Succession processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS and LMS platforms to enhance talent cycles and generate data-driven insights.
• Strong ability to partner with stakeholders and influence outcomes effectively.
• Capability to translate system outputs into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgement, discretion, and commercial acumen.
• Preferred tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related disciplines.
