This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to finalizing offers with exceptional candidates worldwide.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend team requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Prepare job descriptions and offer packages.

• Conduct proactive outbound recruitment utilizing networks, online databases, employee referrals, and additional resources.

• Ensure a clear, thoughtful, and prompt candidate experience from the first point of contact to the job offer.

• Leverage hiring data to monitor the recruitment pipeline, identify obstacles, and enhance the strategy.

• Report directly to the HR Director and engage directly with hiring managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

• Proven history of recruiting talent in Ukraine and internationally across technology, business, and leadership positions.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Capability to develop effective sourcing strategies for both technical and non-technical roles.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever, and contemporary sourcing tools.

• Experience in managing offer discussions and successfully closing candidates in the face of competing offers.

• Located in Ukraine or the EU.

• Availability for overlapping calls during Eastern Time (ET) or Central Time (CT) hours.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for recruitment outcomes.

• Excellent listening, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder alignment abilities.
