• Conduct quarterly audits following detailed work instructions.
• Implement enhancements in the RAID tracker.
• Ensure that all Vendor/EY collaborative projects are monitored, progressing appropriately, and that all requirements are fulfilled and documented prior to closure.
• Support requirements gathering and project management for changes in work instructions, obtaining approvals from relevant stakeholders, communicating with impacted parties, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with internal team protocols.
• Assist with additional projects (e.g., new state forms), as needed.
• Manage tasks and activities promptly while being accountable for achieving desired outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and/or generate status reports utilizing Project Management tools and other standard software from the firm.
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage expectations.
• Execute specialized and complex tasks and contribute to various projects.
• Handle escalations promptly; identify potential risks, analyze them, and take proactive measures to reduce or mitigate their impact on the project.
• Propose and share process improvement ideas with leadership and implement approved enhancements.
• Communicate questions and concerns proactively with leadership.
• Update the Operations Project Tracker and the Operations Team Huddle OneNote.
• A Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification in a business or HR-related field is preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates with HR Specialization.
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
• At least 8 years of HR experience, including project management in Talent.
• Previous experience in a Talent Shared Services model is desirable.
• Prior experience working within an onshore/offshore model.
• Proven experience in conducting internal and external analyses to identify trends and share insights and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, and stressful environments to achieve required results.
• Relevant experience in Talent management, consulting, or operations roles.
• Experience collaborating with Talent colleagues and businesses to understand needs and develop solutions.
• Comfort and/or experience in working with globally distributed teams to provide services, processes, and standards.
• Experience in delivering and facilitating internal operations processes to achieve intended outcomes.
• Flexible work arrangements.
• Overtime must be approved in advance.
