Talent Operations – Program Manager

Posted Jun 16

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors from start to finish — covering sourcing, onboarding, performance monitoring, and vendor management.

• Develop and uphold capacity plans that align hiring needs with recruiter and agency resources, identifying gaps before they escalate into issues.

• Oversee surge hiring projects, collaborating with internal recruiters, external partners, and agencies to ensure a steady flow of candidates.

• Create streamlined yet effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for engaging and managing external recruiting partners at scale.

• Monitor and report on agency and contractor performance metrics, cost-per-hire, and fill rates — providing insights to enhance capacity deployment.

• Gradually expand into broader Talent Operations responsibilities: including workflow automation, tools, dashboards, and enabling recruiters — identifying and recommending preferred agencies and facilitating a smooth calibration process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, or contractor workforces — you understand how to ensure external partners meet their commitments.

• Strong program management skills: capable of overseeing multiple workstreams simultaneously without overlooking details.

• Comfortable establishing structure in ambiguous situations — creating capacity models, trackers, SOPs, and reports from the ground up.

• Data-oriented: you focus on key metrics, identify issues early, and communicate effectively using data.

• Exceptional stakeholder management — you collaborate seamlessly with recruiting, finance, and hiring managers.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting high-volume or international hiring initiatives.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially Ashby.

• Ability to code or automate workflows to minimize manual tasks.
