TechOps Engineer – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Create dashboards and alerts; automate repetitive ticket processes.

• Engage in Root Cause Analyses (RCAs); document user issues weekly; suggest product improvements.

• Develop a lightweight agent (e.g., a Telegram bot) featuring at least one reusable function (such as log fetching or health checks).

• Enhance a minor workflow within incident management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field; proficiency in Linux and scripting (Shell/Python); foundational SQL knowledge.

• Ability to create actionable runbooks.

• Enhance user experience based on support data analysis.

• Basic knowledge of agents and their functionalities.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform; experience in MLOps projects; developed a simple LLM agent or defined skills (such as LangChain or function calling); experience with TSM tools.
