This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the complete talent technology framework — overseeing vendor strategy, managing partnerships, making decisions on building versus buying, and ensuring tools are configured, integrated, and utilized to their fullest capabilities.
• Identify, design, and implement organization-wide hiring programs and frameworks — from interview evaluation systems to our headcount planning solutions and multi-market hiring playbooks.
• Lead and nurture a team of Talent Operators and Coordinators, establishing direction, managing priorities, and fostering an environment for the team to operate efficiently without compromising quality or candidate experience.
• Manage the talent data strategy — determining key metrics, creating dashboards and reports that highlight critical data, and ensuring the entire team is aligned with a unified view.
• Serve as the strategic liaison between Talent and cross-functional partners in People, Finance, Legal, and Engineering, managing intricate stakeholder relationships and facilitating hiring processes at all levels.
• Identify and eradicate operational inefficiencies — developing sustainable SOPs, designing scalable processes, and implementing automation (n8n, AI tools, custom integrations) wherever it significantly alleviates friction.
• Oversee essential functional processes such as headcount planning.
• Demonstrated experience in leading talent operations or another operational function within a rapidly growing technology company, particularly during periods of substantial scaling.
• Strong strategic mindset — capable of broadening perspective to design programs across multiple markets while also making tactical decisions on an ATS configuration within the same day.
• Extensive experience in managing or significantly influencing a recruiting tech stack; understanding how ATS pipelines, HRIS integrations, and data flows interconnect, and able to drive decisions across all elements.
• Proven track record of building and leading teams — adept at providing clear direction, developing talent, and maintaining high standards without micromanagement.
• Outstanding stakeholder management — experience collaborating closely with senior cross-functional leaders and the ability to act swiftly without leaving anyone behind.
• A builder’s mindset — inclined towards systemic solutions rather than one-off fixes, and comfortable making hands-on automation and tooling decisions, not just in theory.
• Nice to have: Experience in designing and implementing multi-market or international hiring programs.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar) or the ability to build lightweight technical solutions independently.
• Previous experience working in or alongside a rapidly scaling AI or deep tech company.
• Innovative culture: You will be part of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape the future of AI, alongside a team that is pushing the limits of what is achievable.
• Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means becoming part of a vibrant team with numerous opportunities to make an impact — extending beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
• Learning & development: ElevenLabs actively supports professional growth through an annual discretionary stipend.
• Social travel: We provide an annual discretionary stipend for you to connect with colleagues each year, in whichever way you prefer.
• Annual company offsite: Each year, we gather the entire team in a new location — past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
• Co-working: If you’re not near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
