• As an integral part of the Talent team at ElevenLabs, your role will be crucial in shaping our hiring strategies and their execution.
• This position presents a distinctive chance to enhance and drive the growth of ElevenLabs by scaling our workforce, while also ensuring our tools and processes are both efficient and scalable.
• You will serve as a vital strategic collaborator in the implementation of tools, management of cross-functional stakeholders, development of metrics and dashboards, and innovative problem-solving to facilitate hiring and support hiring managers in their daily tasks.
• You’ll work alongside the team to refine workflows, assess team progress against KPIs, and identify and execute initiatives for scalable growth.
• This role offers high autonomy, significant impact, and ample growth opportunities. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
• Specifically, you will:
• Become proficient in recruiting processes including interview scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management, taking these functions to the next level.
• Design, implement, and launch essential, strategic Talent projects utilizing AI, workflow automation, and the latest technology.
• Identify and integrate cutting-edge Talent tools, ensuring continuous enhancement of our Talent tool ecosystem.
• Develop best-in-class Talent processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in executing our Data Strategy to ensure our Talent decisions are informed by data.
• Create and maintain insightful reports to identify bottlenecks and highlight opportunities to optimize our hiring funnel.
• Offer coaching and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and talent assessment.
• Prior experience working within or alongside Talent functions.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with a knack for managing multiple dynamic components across teams seamlessly.
• Quick adaptability in onboarding and mastering software within our Talent tech stack. Experience with data analysis, metrics dashboard construction, and familiarity with Ashby is an advantage.
• Technical skills to code or develop solutions independently.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management; you excel at building trust and collaborating with cross-functional leaders.
• A process-oriented mindset, ideally with experience in creating, enhancing, or automating workflows.
• Nice to have: Prior experience with Ashby (our ATS).
