This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Design and oversee standardized processes while implementing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Raytheon Talent COE.
• Assist in the planning and execution of executive-level deliverables for the CHRO, CEO, and colleagues, which include backward planning, meeting communications, and tracking actions/decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders in the Talent COE on talent data analysis, development of presentations, and project planning.
• Organize and maintain the knowledge management framework utilizing tools such as OneNote and SharePoint.
• Employ the CORE Operating System to promote continuous improvement within Talent COE programs, practices, processes, and tools.
• Perform internal assessments and conduct external benchmarking to uphold industry best practices.
• Oversee cyclical communications for Talent COE, including Town Halls, Offsites, and Skip levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• A university degree with 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting project management teams in HR or talent management initiatives.
• Proven experience in detailed project tracking and reporting across multiple projects at the same time.

• Proficiency in leveraging O365 Suite tools and technology.
• CORE Apprentice and/or Champion Level Certification preferred, with aspirations for advanced training.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.
• Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
