Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new and rising influencers.

• Assist clients in formulating career strategies and managing brand partnerships.

• Utilize expertise with influencers and brands to ensure smooth collaborations.

• Oversee a significant number of brand deals for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management and/or influencer marketing.

• Capability to engage with influencers, negotiate brand agreements, and monitor a pipeline using a CRM.

• Team-oriented mindset.
