Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of both internal and external sourcing initiatives to cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline of expert linguists and AI data specialists across various languages and fields.

• Create, implement, and evaluate vetting and testing assessments that gauge candidate quality and suitability prior to onboarding.

• Oversee the complete onboarding process for new experts, ensuring that materials and procedures provide a seamless, professional experience with desired results.

• Keep precise and current records in the expert database to facilitate quick and dependable assignment decisions.

• Collaborate with Production and Revenue stakeholders to synchronize sourcing strategies with account and project needs.

• Examine pipeline and database metrics to pinpoint sourcing deficiencies across accounts and disciplines, and leverage this information to shape recruitment strategies.

• Work alongside team members to guarantee a smooth and timely candidate experience from application through to onboarding.

• Seek out opportunities to enhance and streamline sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processes, while offering ongoing training and support to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Applied AI (e.g., AI data sourcing, model evaluation, human-in-the-loop programs) and/or management of localization vendors — recruiting, vetting, and onboarding linguists or other language professionals.

• Proven experience managing large-scale multilingual projects across various disciplines (text, audio, image, and video).

• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the capability to prioritize competing demands under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years in a recruiting, sourcing, vendor management, or talent acquisition role, preferably within localization, language services, or AI data.
