This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of your recruitment processes, overseeing everything from sourcing tech talent to presenting final candidates to Business Managers.
• Utilize AI to enhance efficiency with tools that expedite candidate matching, manage interview insights, and maintain a consistently filled pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Business Managers to align on client requirements, present candidates, gather feedback, and refine your approach.
• Actively source talent by exploring avenues that others might overlook (AI-assisted, rather than merely posting jobs and waiting).
• Create compelling candidate presentations that inspire trust in your shortlists when presented to clients.
• Continuously optimize your methods by identifying effective patterns, adjusting your strategies, and enhancing conversion rates.
• Handle multiple recruitment processes, typically managing 5-10 active roles across various tech stacks and levels of seniority.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on tech, although strong generalist recruiters interested in tech are also encouraged to apply.
• In-depth understanding of the Brazilian tech talent market.
• A degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Business, or a related field.
• Practical experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in English, as you'll collaborate with Business Managers who cater to international clients.
• A passion for utilizing AI tools, viewing them as opportunities to enhance your work rather than as obstacles.
• The ability to assess talent effectively; while AI can highlight candidates, the ultimate judgment rests with you.
• An understanding of the business implications of your hiring decisions, with awareness of how each candidate affects client relationships.
• Strategic thinking regarding candidate positioning, hiring priorities, and timing.
• A willingness to learn from feedback, identifying patterns in Business Managers’ comments to refine your approach continuously.
