This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Act as the primary contact for managers and partners regarding HR fundamentals and partner-related inquiries.
• Lead and implement organizational, talent, and cultural transformations.
• Guide leaders in hiring, motivating, developing, and retaining talent.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across various client groups.
• Work together with HR colleagues in areas such as Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Learning & Development.
• Offer guidance and support to ensure the consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices.
• Foster an ethical and compliant workplace environment.
• Mentor managers to align team objectives with strategic goals and customer success.
• Regularly engage with partners to gain insights into their work and create exceptional working experiences.
• Guide managers in developing meaningful, personalized development plans.
• Influence hiring decisions effectively.
• Support Performance Development, Compensation Planning, New Partner Orientation, and New Manager Assimilation processes.
• Serve as the HR manager of record for designated client groups.
• Promote HR functional excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Human Resources.
• At least five years of experience in human resources is essential.
• Travel is required for less than 10% of the time (as needed).
• A Master’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
• Expertise in a specialized area such as staffing, compensation, or organizational change is required.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and governmental regulations.
• Keen interest in innovative HR solutions and process enhancements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; capable of making independent decisions and managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Approachable and responsive, able to connect with employees at all levels.
• Supportive team player with the capability to de-escalate tense situations.
• Demonstrates sound judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and documentation skills.
