Talent Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily high-volume virtual intake calls with candidates via Zoom or phone.

• Accurately and efficiently collect and record candidate data in our CRM/ATS.

• Explain available opportunities while screening for qualifications, interest, and availability.

• Assist candidates through the next steps and ensure a seamless transition to recruiters.

• Represent our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm on each call.

• Monitor daily metrics and strive to enhance conversion and engagement rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, recruiting, sales, marketing, or a related field.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

• Outstanding communication skills – capable of engaging candidates, building relationships, and presenting the company professionally.

• Tech-savvy and resourceful – skilled in sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Boolean search techniques.

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation – takes responsibility, meets deadlines, and goes above and beyond to identify top talent.

• Growth mindset – eager to learn, adapt, and continuously refine sourcing strategies.
