Talent Identification Manager – Men’s Youth National Teams

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee scouting for youth national teams within a designated geographic area

• Spearhead U.S. Soccer’s Talent Identification strategy

• Establish and oversee a network of part-time scouts

• Cultivate relationships with key clubs and stakeholders

• Design and implement strategic scouting initiatives

• Maintain effective communication with all internal and external parties

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification

• U.S. Soccer Talent Scout License or comparable certification

• Proven ability to lead, strategize, and collaborate effectively

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building and sustaining relationships

• Strong enthusiasm for youth scouting and experience in a professional setting

• Knowledge, traits, and understanding of talent identification and development
