Talent Finding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for a variety of services and markets within the organization.

• Manage applications and conduct interviews for talent for both external and internal positions.

• Provide reports on vendor sourcing and onboarding outcomes.

• Evaluate the return on investment for different sourcing channels and activities to guide future strategies.

• Achieve established recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of recruitment requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an outstanding telephone demeanor.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing.

• Proven experience in partnership and influencing stakeholders.

• Familiarity with direct sourcing and effective interviewing practices.

• Advanced understanding of Internet searching and Boolean logic.

• Capable of performing in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

• Proactive, adaptable, reliable, and systematic in approach.
