📋 Description

• Evaluate resumes and connect with suitable candidates

• Perform initial phone interviews

• Organize interviews with the designated recruiter

• Keep precise records in applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets

• Liaise with the Talent Assessment team and management regarding issues and concerns

• High school diploma

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service

• Dependable internet connection

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and schedules

• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities
