This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and conduct orientations for new employees; ensure that all new hires complete mandatory onboarding training within set timelines.
• Develop annual training plans and schedules for all relevant areas, such as new hire onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing professional growth.
• Create, launch, and execute training programs that are in line with organizational priorities and meet employee performance requirements.
• Choose suitable training methods and delivery formats, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), e-learning, job shadowing, mentoring, and blended learning techniques.
• Manage logistics for training events: booking venues or virtual platforms, arranging equipment, preparing materials, and communicating schedules to attendees.
• Keep a centralized online library of training materials, e-learning modules, SOPs, and reference documents up to date.
• Serve as the Administrator for the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) — uploading content, enrolling learners, tracking completion, and generating reports.
• Collaborate with department managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to assess training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and workforce evaluations.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create precise, relevant, and engaging training content and materials.
• Evaluate and foresee future training requirements based on organizational shifts, technology upgrades, regulatory obligations, and business expansion plans.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate training workshops, seminars, and new employee orientation sessions as required.
• Collaborate with the relevant teams to promote available training opportunities to employees and provide clear information regarding registration, prerequisites, and expectations.
• In collaboration with the Talent Development Strategy Director, coordinate communication with external training vendors, consultants, and providers; assess vendor performance and manage contracts.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs using participant feedback, evaluations, post-training surveys, and performance metrics (e.g., Kirkpatrick model or similar frameworks).
• Monitor, assess, and document training activities, completion rates, and outcomes; prepare regular reports for HR leadership and department heads.
• Collect data from surveys, assessments, learner satisfaction, and other pertinent measurements.
• Analyze training data and suggest enhancements to program content, delivery methods, and scheduling.
• Ensure training records are precise, complete, and prepared for audits in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain accurate and confidential training documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
• Stay updated on training trends, learning technologies, industry advancements, and regulatory changes; integrate best practices into training strategies.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance, including being present, on time, and ready for work as scheduled.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2-5 years of experience in training delivery as a Talent Development Training Specialist, Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, HR Coordinator, or a similar position within a corporate setting.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple training events concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, TalentLMS, or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with instructional design theory, adult learning principles (andragogy), and training evaluation models.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Must be adaptable regarding schedule and hours.
• Some travel may be necessary.
