• Assist the Talent Development team in various initiatives focused on improving employee engagement, performance, and professional growth.
• Support the administration of essential programs, such as goal setting, performance management, engagement surveys, mentorship, and leadership development.
• Contribute to innovative initiatives and strategic projects, gaining practical experience in Talent Development.
• Observe Talent Team leadership, HR Business Partners, and the Chief People Officer to understand internal stakeholder needs and critical business processes.
• Conduct research on best practices in talent, learning, and organizational development models and processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Development team members to create high-quality learning materials and communication content, including job aids, training and facilitator guides, presentations, and intranet updates.
• Assist in the implementation of various Talent Development programs and initiatives.
• Support the administration and logistics of performance management, engagement surveys, and mentorship programs.
• Provide assistance for leadership development programs and other strategic projects.
• Utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
• Work collaboratively with key partners while maintaining robust industry relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, achieving a GPA of 3.0 both in your major and overall.
• Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
• Proven interest in Learning & Development demonstrated through coursework, participation in campus clubs, internships, volunteer work, or similar activities.
• Strong academic performance along with campus leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR principles and practices is advantageous.
• A flexible work environment that allows employees to work remotely.
