This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on initiatives related to the implementation, configuration, and support of talent management solutions within an HR platform.

• Engage with Performance & Goals (PMGM).

• Implement and assist in the Succession & Development (S&D) processes.

• Configure and support Career Development Planning (CDP).

• Collaborate on Variable Pay processes.

• Collect, analyze, and document requirements in partnership with business stakeholders.

• Contribute to the evolution, enhancement, and optimization of talent management processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Talent Management projects.

• Hands-on knowledge of the PMGM, S&D, CDP, and Variable Pay modules.

• Experience in gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders.

• Possess an analytical, consultative, and solution-focused mindset.

• Capability to work on implementation and support projects.

• Proficiency in English.
