Talent Attraction Specialist – Sourcing Academy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Implement a dynamic and innovative sourcing strategy to uncover outstanding talent.

• Execute intricate internet searches utilizing a variety of search engines, social media platforms, direct outreach, networks, directories, and recruitment tools and databases.

• Proactively network and cultivate strong candidate pools across multiple positions and locations.

• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates based on client position criteria and organizational culture compatibility.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Update and manage administrative duties, including data entry and reports for the applicant tracking system.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.
