Mechanical Procurement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute Moss's procurement strategy to ensure the availability of materials for projects.

• Coordinate with internal departments to adhere to procurement timelines and design deliverable schedules.

• Educate project teams on the requirements for packing slip review and data entry.

• Convey material storage requirements and delivery specifications to project teams.

• Monitor steel procurement to align with fabrication timelines.

• Supervise delivery schedules and provide status updates during ocean transport.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Supply Chain Management.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in Supply Chain.

• Previous experience in the solar industry is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Skilled in using Procore, Smartsheets, and other similar platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Knowledgeable about construction and supply contracts.
