Talent Attraction Specialist – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Implement impactful and creative sourcing strategies to discover outstanding talent

• Perform intricate internet searches utilizing a variety of tools and databases

• Network and cultivate candidate pools for several positions

• Conduct telephone interviews and evaluate candidates based on client specifications

• Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Update and manage data and reports in the applicant tracking system

• Proven experience in a dynamic recruitment setting

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to adapt to changes and exhibit flexibility

• Strong capability to work effectively both in teams and independently

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of social media and proficiency in MS Suite applications
