Talent Associate Partner, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform CV evaluations and conduct phone interviews with prospective candidates.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates.

• Organize interview schedules and keep candidate information updated in the Client’s ATS.

• Assist with background checks, reference verifications, offer preparation, and candidate communication.

• Work in partnership with Recruiters to help prepare candidate shortlists.

• Handle multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Aid in high-volume recruitment initiatives, including graduate and internship programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.

• Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Proficient in Polish and English, both written and verbal.

• Background in sourcing candidates and managing various recruitment processes concurrently.

• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international setting.

• Familiarity with Talent Mapping, SuccessFactors, or any other ATS is a plus.
