Talent and People Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will:

• Drive the complete talent acquisition cycle for designated roles, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter management. This entails enhancing our sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent through various platforms and networks.

• Proactively seek out candidates, particularly for critical business roles or positions that are challenging to fill.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aimed at attracting a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various platforms and networks.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and ensure alignment on job descriptions and shortlisted candidates.

• Contribute to employer branding efforts, such as enhancing our LinkedIn presence, hosting webinars, producing podcasts, and organizing potential events.

• Utilize feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and the hiring team to continuously refine and improve our talent acquisition process.

• Onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. This includes creating the onboarding project, preparing all necessary systems, and setting up the new hire for success from the moment they accept their offer.

• Oversee the employee experience interface, acting as the main point of contact for global team members while partnering with People leadership to transition from manual support to automated, scalable self-service solutions.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, which is a fundamental aspect of every role at Doist.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across all our People Systems.

• Participate in the implementation of various talent and people programs and initiatives that align with our company culture, growth, and values.
