This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage the hard HR processes, ensuring legal compliance.
• Gather, consolidate, and oversee payroll updates.
• Validate preliminary settlements and ensure accurate final payouts.
• Administer digital receipts and guarantee their timely issuance.
• Coordinate health plans and insurance (registrations, cancellations, billing, monitoring).
• Monitor CBU, bank files, and ensure timely payments to collaborators.
• Manage vacations, salary advances, and leave of absence.
• Oversee Social Security contributions.
• Address and resolve internal client inquiries (salaries, taxes, benefits).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate and track background checks.
• Generate and analyze HR reports (using Workday or other systems).
• Serve as a liaison with global teams and Finance.
• Collaborate on internal communications (new hires, anniversaries, etc.).
• Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in payroll processing in Argentina.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and fourth-category taxes.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
