This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assist in facilitating the onboarding and orientation process to ensure that new hires obtain the essential information and resources while fostering an engaging experience.
• Provide logistical and administrative assistance for onboarding sessions and initial training activities.
• Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up discussions to gather initial insights, escalating significant findings to People Strategic Managers to enhance improvements.
• Coordinate the documentation process and ensure compliance with internal policies in collaboration with the People Operations Specialist.
• Maintain the People & Culture Confluence pages, ensuring clear communication of current policies and procedures.
• Monitor the completion of mandatory training modules and keep accurate records of personnel training statuses.
• Analyze training survey results, escalating critical findings to People Strategic Managers to support enhancements.
• Assist with engagement initiatives outlined by the People Strategic Management team.
• Analyze the Annual Engagement Survey, elevating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support enhancements.
• Collaborate with Internal Communication to promote People Engagement.
• Oversee and implement module workflows to maximize the utilization of the Core, Talent, and Learning modules on HiBob.
• Maintain People metrics on HiBob.
• Prepare regular reports with insights and trends based on business needs.
• 3–5 years of experience in a People Assistant, People Experience, or similar role, preferably in a remote, fast-paced, or tech-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Practical experience with HR systems, ideally HiBob, including configuration, navigation, and reporting.
• Proficient in writing, organizing, and managing documentation, preferably in Confluence.
• Comfortable working with and developing HR metrics and dashboards to aid in reporting and insights.
• Proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and people management.
