This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Assist in coordinating the onboarding and orientation process to ensure that new hires receive essential information and resources while fostering an engaging experience.

• Provide logistical and administrative assistance for onboarding sessions and initial training.

• Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up discussions to gather initial insights, escalating significant findings to People Strategic Managers to facilitate improvements.

• Manage the documentation process and ensure compliance with internal policies in collaboration with the People Operations Specialist.

• Maintain the People & Culture Confluence pages, ensuring clear communication of current policies and processes.

• Monitor the completion of mandatory training modules and keep accurate records of personnel training status.

• Analyze training surveys, highlighting key findings to People Strategic Managers to support enhancements.

• Assist in engagement initiatives defined by the People Strategic Management.

• Evaluate the Annual Engagement Survey, escalating important findings to People Strategic Managers to promote improvements.

• Collaborate with Internal Communications to enhance People Engagement.

• Oversee and implement module workflows to optimize the use of the Core, Talent, and Learning modules on HiBob.

• Maintain People metrics on HiBob.

• Prepare periodic reports with insights and trends based on business needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a People Assistant, People Experience, or similar role, preferably in a remote, fast-paced, or tech-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Practical experience with HR systems, ideally HiBob, including setup, navigation, and reporting.

• Proficiency in writing, organizing, and managing documentation, preferably in Confluence.

• Comfort with developing and maintaining HR metrics and dashboards to support reporting and insights.

• Proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and people management.
