This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management regarding salary and contract matters.
• Address strategic topics related to personnel.
• Serve as the main contact for all issues concerning employees.
• Oversee the complete employee journey from active recruitment to onboarding and talent development.
• Focus on enhancing the candidate and employee experience.
• Create and execute initiatives for employer branding.
• Coordinate team events and activities.
• Actively suggest and implement your own ideas.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in operational human resources, preferably as a generalist or recruiter within a consultancy or startup.
• Strong willingness to assume responsibility.
• Capability to work autonomously.
• A curious mindset and readiness to embrace new subjects.
• Approachability, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Meticulous and conscientious work approach.
• Proficient in German at C1 level and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
