This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Collaborate closely with GTM management and leadership teams.
• Assist in the design and execution of the annual People Plan agenda for the organization.
• Facilitate and deliver enablement topics both on-demand and globally.
• Assess needs, gaps, and opportunities within people management frameworks.
• Provide support to people managers to foster effective people management practices.
• Execute annual People processes related to talent and performance.
• Proven experience supporting sales or customer-facing organizations as a business partner.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with GTM management teams at a strategic level.
• Exceptional communication skills across all mediums (in-person, via Zoom, in Slack).
• Process-oriented mindset with a knack for creating structure in uncertain situations.
• Highly approachable and adopts a customer service-oriented approach to enablement and development.
• Proficient in AI, tool-agnostic, and naturally inclined to utilize LLMs.
