This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and recruit outstanding talents in the influencer arena that meet the standards of our agency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting your talents in enhancing their visibility, broadening their social media reach, and advancing their personal brands.
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs by generating exceptional commercial opportunities.
• Nurture and expand current revenue streams while continuously seeking new and innovative prospects.
• Oversee the negotiation and execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships, fiercely advocating for the best interests of your talents.
• Create customized personal branding strategies and social media growth techniques across various platforms to support your talents' success.
• Actively participate in the onboarding process for your talents into the Dulcedo family.
• Collaborate closely with other Dulcedo team members on initiatives designed to enhance your talents’ success and forge unforgettable partnerships.
• Attend industry events and talent meetings outside of regular hours to build connections and stay ahead of emerging trends.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably managing talents directly or indirectly through PR and marketing from the brand side.
• Proven experience in negotiating and facilitating the influencer marketing process to secure advantageous collaborations and opportunities.
• Established relationships within the PR, media, and influencer marketing sectors on the brand side, aimed at fostering strategic partnerships that benefit talent rosters.
• Strong awareness of the industry landscape, including the ability to identify promising individuals to represent and proactively make connections.
• Solid grasp of social media tools, platforms, algorithms, and analytics to boost talent visibility and drive growth.
• Expertise in red-lining contracts to safeguard and promote talent interests, ensuring favorable terms and clear agreements.
• Ability to navigate changing market conditions, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities with poise and adaptability.
• Exceptional skill in building genuine connections and working effectively with a diverse range of personalities.
• Enthusiasm for the industry, with the capacity to excel in a demanding role that calls for dedication, flexibility, and availability to communicate with talent at any time, including outside regular office hours.
• A business degree in Administration, Law (a very strong asset), Communications, or Marketing is preferred.
