This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Seek out and secure outstanding talents in the influencer arena that align with our agency’s values.
• Serve as a trusted consultant, assisting your talents in enhancing their visibility, broadening their social media reach, and advancing their personal brands.
• Regularly achieve and surpass monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs by generating exceptional commercial prospects.
• Nurture and develop existing revenue channels while always exploring new and innovative opportunities.
• Oversee the negotiation and implementation of sponsorships and brand partnerships, vigorously advocating for the best interests of your talents.
• Create customized personal branding strategies and social media growth methods across platforms to ensure your talents thrive.
• Actively participate in the onboarding process for your talents as they join the Dulcedo family.
• Collaborate closely with other Dulcedo members on initiatives designed to enhance your talents’ success and forge unforgettable partnerships.
• Attend industry events and talent meetings outside of standard hours to build relationships and stay ahead of trends.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably managing talents directly or indirectly through PR and marketing on the brand side.
• Proven experience in negotiating and facilitating the influencer marketing process to secure advantageous collaborations and opportunities.
• Established relationships within PR, media, and influencer marketing sectors on the brand side, focused on creating strategic partnerships for talent rosters.
• Strong understanding of the industry landscape, including the ability to identify promising individuals to represent and proactively build connections.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media tools, platforms, algorithms, and analytics to boost talent visibility and drive growth.
• Skilled in reviewing contracts to safeguard and promote talent interests, ensuring favorable terms and clear agreements.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities with poise and flexibility.
• Exceptional talent for building genuine connections and collaborating effectively with a diverse range of personalities.
• A strong passion for the industry, along with the capability to excel in a demanding role that requires commitment, adaptability, and availability to communicate with talent at all times, including outside regular office hours.
• A degree in Business Administration, Law (a significant advantage!), Communications, or Marketing is preferred.
