Talent Advisor, 6-month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist a Talent Partner, focusing primarily on sourcing and managing the candidate pipeline.

• Execute high-volume recruitment efforts, prioritizing 50+ positions.

• Perform phone screenings to evaluate both role and cultural fit.

• Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers and Talent Partners.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from opening to closing requisitions.

• Arrange interviews and send calendar invitations.

• Administer the Dayforce Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Update candidate statuses and upload reports into the system.

• Create and sustain an active talent pool.

• Provide swift endorsements and assist in meeting urgent hiring needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for 50+ positions.

• Preference for candidates with a background in retail organizations.

• Familiarity with various retail roles.

• Knowledge and experience with Indeed, SEEK, Dayforce, and the Checkmate background check system.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

• Efficient time management and multitasking abilities.

• Capability to support rapid endorsements and expedite the hiring process.
