This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Provide franchisees with industry training and support within the designated region while enhancing profitability.
• Engage in the launch of new stores.
• Establish, promote, and execute a robust Catering program for franchisees.
• Carry out the franchisee store Startup Program.
• Optimize restaurant profits through performance evaluations, P&L reviews, training, and assessments of store operations.
• Supervise the operations of multiple restaurant locations.
• Formulate sales strategies and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on local initiatives and digital campaigns.
• Evaluate KPIs and analytics for performance improvement.
• Train and reinforce the franchise model, systems, and best practices.
• Guide, train, and manage hourly staff, management, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, business laws, regulations, and essential equipment protocols at all branches.
• Compile brand compliance data and assist franchisees in enhancing their brand image.
• Maintain brand standards, service excellence, and quality performance.
• Organize and execute training programs for franchisees.
• Attend regional meetings and complete necessary documentation.
• Consult with franchisees to identify needs or challenges and determine necessary investigations for solutions.
• Advise the Brand Leader on issues raised through franchisee communications.
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly follow-ups with franchisees.
• Complete and uphold all paperwork, records, and daily reports.
• Maintain a Microsoft Outlook schedule at least two weeks ahead.
• Construct and adhere to guidelines for new-location setups, including the use of required tools.
• Take proactive steps to advance programs that benefit the brand and franchisees.
• Travel 50–75% both within and outside the region, including for tradeshows and regional meetings.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or an Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient working knowledge of Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
• Proficient working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems.
• Proficient working knowledge of scheduling software.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) software and accounting software is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.
• A credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses is necessary.
• Solid background in the related industry and specific production techniques.
• Experience in sales and business operations.
• Ability to interpret profit and loss statements.
• Restaurant experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and as necessary for tradeshows, regional meetings, and other assigned engagements.
