Wealth Management Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Monaco.

📋 Description

• Engage and connect with members through video, chat, and email to assist them with budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and related subjects.

• Customize the LearnLux Global Planning methodology to effectively cater to members in the MENA region.

• Take part in regular team meetings and share subject matter expertise to enhance financial guidance.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of member benefit plans and serve as a reliable extension of HR or benefits teams during open enrollment.

• Work alongside the content team to develop outlines, review financial lessons, and approve content for digital platforms.

• Spearhead engagement initiatives with employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional in-person events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or a related field is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing one-on-one guidance in various personal finance areas, including retirement, equity compensation, budgeting, debt management, estate planning, and insurance.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, in written and spoken forms, is mandatory.

• A strong enthusiasm for financial education and a commitment to empowering individuals to make informed financial choices.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.

• Advanced knowledge of regional financial systems and regulations within the MENA region is preferred.

• Experience in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with various digital applications and platforms is preferred.

• Background in developing and delivering presentations to large audiences is preferred.
