This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email.

• Address issues and foster positive experiences for customers.

• Adhere to the brand's guidelines and quality standards in every interaction.

• Record and update customer interactions in appropriate systems.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French.

• Good command of English; minimum B2 level.

• Strong C1, C2, or native proficiency in the working language.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.

• Comfortable navigating computer systems and multitasking across various tools.

• Patience, empathy, and a positive demeanor.

• Availability to work in shifts.

• Clean criminal background.

• Valid work permit or European passport.

• Resident of a country within the European Union.

• CV must be submitted in English.
