Talent Acquisition Team Lead – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily recruitment activities and enhance the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team.

• Allocate, distribute, and track open positions within the team while ensuring clear visibility on the status of each search.

• Manage a team of three Recruiters, offering daily guidance, coaching, consistent performance feedback, and support for career development.

• Conduct daily kickoffs to prioritize tasks and remove obstacles for the team.

• Take charge of the entire candidate selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Collaborate with clients to present candidates and ensure alignment on profile requirements and search strategies.

• Build and sustain talent pipelines for recurring and high-demand positions while monitoring key metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in technical or specialized fields.

• Experience in leading, mentoring, or coordinating a recruitment team.

• Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruitment, from intake to closure.

• Direct client-facing experience, with comfort in presenting candidates and managing their expectations.

• Strong candidate evaluation skills that identify quality and fit beyond just the CV.

• Excellent organizational skills across multiple roles, priorities, and stakeholders.

• Proficient written and verbal communication in English.

• A proactive, collaborative, and responsible work ethic.

• Familiarity with an ATS, preferably Teamtailor, is a plus.
