• Over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading or managing recruiting teams.
• Proven experience in high-volume, multi-state recruiting environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and workforce analytics.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire recruiting professionals.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and organizational capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and deploying recruiting technology solutions.
