This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Support the complete recruitment cycle under the supervision of the Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Develop and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines through research and identification methods.
• Oversee the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate data management.
• Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Generate weekly reports on recruitment activities utilizing key hiring metrics.
• Actively participate in recruiting meetings with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and/or Corporate Leadership teams.
• Uphold and represent CARD policies while maintaining a professional and ethical demeanor with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership.
• A high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Preferred completion of college coursework leading to a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred industry certifications from recognized organizations such as SHRM, AIRS, The Recruiter Academy, or similar entities.
