This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle: Handle everything from vacancy briefing and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding transfer.
• Talent acquisition: Create and sustain talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search methods.
• Collaborative hiring: Partner closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, provide insights on best practices, and assist in the interview and selection process.
• Candidate engagement: Ensure a professional, engaging, and smooth recruitment journey through prompt communication and efficient coordination.
• Recruitment administration: Keep precise records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generate recruitment reports, and guarantee adherence to internal protocols and GDPR regulations.
• Employer promotion: Aid in recruitment campaigns and advocate for Altery as a top employer across global markets.
• People initiatives: Contribute to enhancements in recruitment and assist with broader People & Talent projects as the department evolves.
• 3–5 years of experience in comprehensive recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in hiring for various business functions and levels of seniority.
• Strong sourcing abilities, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Experience in fintech, technology, financial services, or other high-growth sectors is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a benefit.
