This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Guide, mentor, and foster the development of a team of Recruitment Operations Partners, focusing on performance management and growth planning.
• Manage recruitment operations for designated business areas, encompassing scheduling, candidate communications, and sourcing assistance.
• Guarantee data accuracy across ATS/CRM systems and facilitate precise reporting and metrics tracking.
• Enhance recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experiences through standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational improvements.
• Act as a reliable partner and escalation point while upholding high service standards, confidentiality, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in recruitment operations.
• 1-3+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Familiarity with supporting clinical or technical positions.
• Experience in physician recruiting is highly preferred.
