This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and organizational leaders to identify and attract top talent utilizing best practices.
• Advertise open roles, evaluate candidates, conduct preliminary interviews via phone and video conferencing, recommend suitable candidates, and arrange interviews for hiring managers.
• Assist hiring managers in defining staffing requirements and crafting job descriptions that draw in qualified applicants.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and community engagement activities.
• Ensure all recruitment efforts adhere to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of industry best practices, including talent sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and selection strategies.
• Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various recruitment tools.
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Background in banking or credit union recruitment is preferred.
• Experience in both in-house and agency recruitment is preferred.
