Talent Acquisition Specialist – Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruitment process for various roles across multiple departments and levels of seniority.

• Provide support for urgent hiring requirements during this temporary contract period.

• Identify, screen, and guide candidates through each phase of the interview process.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet current and upcoming hiring demands.

• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate the interview and selection procedures.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging experience for candidates.

• Assist with onboarding tasks as required.

• Carry out other recruiting-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting across various functions and levels simultaneously.

• Strong grasp of full-cycle recruiting best practices.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, growing organization.

• Strong skills in interviewing and assessment, including evaluating both technical competencies and cultural fit.

• High proficiency with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workable is an advantage.

• Ability to utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
