Talent Acquisition Specialist – Telecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit professionals in the telecommunications field, including:

• Fiber Technicians (FTTH, FTTP)

• Cable Technicians (Coax, DOCSIS)

• Fiber Splicers, Linemen, or Network Engineers

• Construction Teams and Project Managers

• Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, industry groups, referrals, job boards)

• Perform initial screenings of candidates and conduct technical evaluations

• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified telecom candidates across the country

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients

• Oversee candidate experience from initial contact to final placement

• Monitor recruiting activities and keep precise records in ATS/CRM systems

• Remain informed about trends, certifications, and workforce requirements in the telecom industry

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (preferably in telecom, construction, or technical recruiting)

• Proficiency in using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools

• Knowledge of fiber buildouts (OSP/ISP)

• Experience with broadband or wireless infrastructure projects

• Proficient in English at the C1 level
