Talent Acquisition Specialist, Spanish, Chinese Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Execute the complete recruitment cycle for open roles: sourcing, interviewing, managing the hiring process, negotiating offers, and more.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, from the first introduction through to onboarding.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continually enhance the hiring process.

• Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

• Maintain recruiting databases in an organized and timely manner.

• Build and sustain a consistently filled pipeline of high-quality talent through diverse methods, including networking within the community, engaging with universities, attending local job fairs, and maintaining ongoing contact with promising candidates for future vacancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within leading Internet companies or agencies.

• Experience in Business/Corporate Talent acquisition for Web3/Crypto firms would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Chinese is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are a plus.

• Proficient with contemporary sourcing and selection strategies.

• Experience in market mapping for global or Asian markets.

• Proven history of achieving ambitious hiring targets.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Positive attitude towards cryptocurrency.
