📋 Description

• Influence the direction of our sales team: Take charge of the complete recruitment process with an emphasis on alignment, transparency, and a long-term fit within a high-volume sales environment.

• Achieve hiring objectives: Meet monthly recruitment targets while upholding candidate quality and developing a robust, qualified pipeline.

• Manage funnel performance: Proactively oversee and enhance candidate flow.

• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience: Engage with candidates throughout all stages, ensuring clarity, urgency, and involvement.

• Facilitate interviews: Conduct structured phone interviews that focus on communication, coachability, and sales alignment; document and advance qualified candidates.

• Organize interview logistics: Host virtual information sessions, manage scheduling through Calendly, and keep accurate UKG documentation.

• Prepare and extend offers: Draft and present offers with an emphasis on speed and precision; initiate onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and TAC.

• Ensure pre-start compliance: Verify background checks, licensing status, and completion of onboarding before start dates.

• Assist with onboarding readiness: Maintain onboarding trackers, follow up with candidates, and ensure new hires are fully equipped for Day 1.

• Maintain systems & reporting: Regularly update all candidate data, interview feedback, and trackers in UKG and internal systems.

• Manage job postings: Advertise roles, ensure precise targeting, and sustain pipeline flow across sourcing avenues.

• Identify trends and drive enhancements: Utilize recruitment data to pinpoint trends, refine processes, and increase hiring efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience recruiting for high-volume, performance-driven inside sales organizations.

• Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and Calendly.

• Proven ability to work independently, meet goals, and handle changing priorities.

• Effective, professional communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation practices.

• Comfort in fast-paced settings and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

• Dedication to diversity, inclusion, and providing a positive candidate experience.

• Experience in onboarding coordination, interview logistics, and cross-functional communication is a plus.
