Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process for Sales positions, emphasizing cohort-based and high-volume hiring as we expand our Mexico City team.

• Create robust and diverse talent pipelines by proactively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and through professional networks.

• Utilize our modern recruitment tools, including ATS (Breezy HR), LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, and AI hiring assistants.

• Develop scorecards and conduct structured interviews focused on competencies and behaviors.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles, establish hiring goals, and develop strategies for rapidly scaling teams.

• Maintain engagement with high-potential candidates through strategic outreach at the top of the recruitment funnel.

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process and enhance Voyagu's employer brand in the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in dynamic, growth-focused environments.

• Practical experience with volume or cohort-based hiring, along with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring phases simultaneously.

• Familiarity with the Mexican talent landscape, particularly for Sales roles.

• Strong sourcing abilities and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

• Proficient in English (C1 level).

• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment.

• Confidence in conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidate fit.

• Proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-oriented.

• Nice to have: Experience in hiring for EMEA and APAC regions.

• Nice to have: Experience in scaling a new regional office or team.
