Senior Talent Partner – Campus/Early Career Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a campus recruitment strategy and schedule targeting universities/programs related to quantum computing, physics, engineering, and computer science.

• Represent IonQ at various events such as career fairs, information sessions, hackathons, and student organization gatherings; enhance IonQ's employer brand on campus.

• Manage the complete recruitment process for interns, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.

• Collaborate with the programs team and hiring managers to define intern roles.

• Create systems to monitor candidates and document graduating classes for full-time, entry-level positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in campus/university recruiting, early-career initiatives, and high-volume recruitment.

• Proven experience overseeing a recruiting program involving multiple stakeholders and strict deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills with students, faculty, hiring managers, and executives.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions: proficient in tracking pipeline metrics and reporting results.

• Familiarity with ATS/campus recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Handshake).
