Talent Acquisition Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively source and identify qualified candidates for roles in technical, engineering, project management, and construction leadership utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and various other sourcing methods.

• Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring requirements.

• Perform initial outreach and screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, interest, and cultural compatibility.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend hiring priorities, workforce planning, and staffing timelines for projects.

• Create innovative sourcing strategies to entice passive candidates in competitive markets.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records and activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Monitor sourcing metrics, including pipeline health, response rates, and time-to-fill support.

• Professionally represent MasTec Power Delivery while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

• Keep abreast of market trends, industry talent availability, and competitive recruiting practices within the power delivery and construction sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in supporting construction, engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or utility organizations.

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing platforms.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
